The parts and accessories for new market?

One of my customer ask today: they wish to be our distributor in their country,but they thought as a new products on their market,they wish to make sure that we have enough parts and accessories when need raises.

For example: one person can not sell mobile phones without parts and accessories like screen mouth piece earpiece etc.

 

Well, that’s a good question.

But the parts and accessories for the new market or old market are same.

 

First ,what I wish to say is that: we are the manufacturer and supplier of smart home products--and they are intelligent.

Our target is to make sure every use can remote control them by smartphone and even by voice.So it is big different from the products as mobile phones.

Example,our product--WiFi smart circuit breaker.The user will not touch them again after installed.So they are very hard to damage.

Person may ask : I mean before installation.

Well, our answer is: all of our products are tested more than 300 times before sell.And all of them have standard certificate.

And the warranty period is 18 months,we can changed them within 18 months if it is not damage by manual(wrong operation).

 

Second: we also will prepare some parts and accessories for the customers.Example: screws or power cables(e.g the wireless smart home electric curtain).

As the products WiFi smart circuit breaker, we will prepare some screws and plastic parts for big orders. The defective rate of our material supplier (the screws) is around 0.5%.So we will supply fix proportion parts to the orders.

We have already put the backup parts in every package of some items.The reason is very simply: the user may loss or damage the parts/accessories while open/install the products if they are careless.
