How do we manufacture products in the factory?

Automatic visual printing machine is not a equipment used for print books/newspaper,is used for printing the microchip board.

As you know the major part of the smart home appliances/smart electrical appliances... is the microchip board.

And as a manufacturer ,automatic visual printing machines has become one of the most important equipment in our workshops.

For examples,if we wish to manufacture

Wireless Smart Circuit Breaker.

First,we should purchase all of the original materials as demands.And the R&D department will input the procedure-- wiring diagram.

The jockey will put the metal-tin into the equipment,and the equipment will work and printing the microchip board with tin as the procedure.

All of the parameters will be showed on the computer screen of it.

And then etch all of the components on the microchip board.

The workers should put all of the micro-components on the according to the fixed position after the printed the tin.

And then put the microchip board into another equipment to fixed them-- as the following:

So is the microchip board accomplished at present?

The answer is :no.

Then the inspector department will check whether the microchip board is accomplished according to the right wiring diagram by equipment:

And then after a lot of checked, the microchip board should install the other parts--the cables

and electronic components.

In our factory, this step is by manual.Girls in the assembly lines are good at putting them into the microchip boards.

After the cables and components are ready,the microchips boards will put into a automatic welding machines later.

90% microchips board will be welded very steady by the help of this equipment.

So some girls are in charge of inspecting the boards on the next step.

These girls are in charging of etch the tin if there is some miss or the tin is not enough.

Some girls are in charging of cutting down the burr and to make sure the microchip board are flatter before assemble.

After assembly lines, all of wireless smart circuit breakers must to inspected.

E. g .:to inspected whether they are energize or not.And then remote control them by smartphone more than 300 times(turn on and off --more than 300 times).If once failed, the wireless smart circuit breaker is not up to the standard,and will be back to the workshop again.

After series of serious inspections, all of wireless smart circuit breaker will be stamp logo and then packing.
